Two days of torrential rain have caused chaos throughout the city, particularly in the IT Corridor and on the main roads. "Today's climate change is not our (people of South Asia) creation, it's the creation of people of globalized North and we are praying the price", says DR. Anjal Prakash, Research Director ISB. "Since last 3-4 years, we have seen that Arabian Sea temperatures are also warming up and they are threatening the Western coastal areas", says Mahesh Palawat, VP Meteorology & Climate Change, Skymet. "We need to conserve our wetlands and drainage system.
