Coaching for Talent Professionals

As talent professionals, we are asked to be master coaches and to have resources to help a variety of audiences be better coaches.  This workshop will look at building a foundation for your own coaching practice as well as building a toolkit for helping others.

  • Identify where you may be stuck in helping other's coaching.
  • Discuss key training / OD best practices.
  • Discuss how to build your toolkit for training others in coaching.
  • Learn  best practices for coaching from each other . 

About our speaker, Stephanie Lewis, MA, SPHR

Stephanie has 20 years of training, organizational development and talent management experience. Her passions lie in helping people experience breakthroughs in their lives, work and family. She enjoys coaching leaders who can have a huge impact on their organizations and the lives of those they work with. She has worked in several industries including higher education, finance, mortgage services, oil and gas, and biotechnology. Stephanie currently works for Cytovance Biologics as the Director of Organizational Development and teaches Conflict Resolution at Oklahoma University College of Professional and Continuing Studies.
