Level 2 - Grievance Redressal
If you’ve already contacted our support channels listed under Level 1 support - Google Pay India helpline number, In-app support and our Help Center - and your issue is unresolved, then please contact Google Pay India Grievance Support.

Level 3 - Contact the Nodal Officer

If you aren’t satisfied with the resolution provided at Level 2 within 15 days after you raise the complaint: You can contact the Google Pay Nodal Officer by filling this form and quote your Level 2 reference number.

Alternate grievance options
  • NPCI redressal: To report your issue to the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI), submit a dispute redressal mechanism complaint.
  • RBI redressal: According to the Integrated Ombudsman Scheme 2021, users have the right to approach the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Ombudsman.
