Go to the chat option and chat with our team to place the request. They need some basic information, post that they will confirm the availability and expected delivery time.

Simple Documentation

Our team will guide you on the documents that we need from our side along with your doctor’s prescription. Please fill the Google form shared and submit it with your documents.

Receive the delivery

Get the oxygen concentrator delivered to your doorstep after completion of the verification process by our team and pay a fully refundable security deposit of Rs. 5,000 using Yulu app. Our delivery team will assist you with this process.

Return quickly after Use

Please return the OC at the earliest once you are advised by your doctor to stop using one. Inform our team by using the Chat icon on the same page. Our team will collect it from you and your security deposit will be refunded to the original payment mode within 5-7 working days.

Why is Yulu doing this?

Given the current situation we want to be of help to our country and its people and use our able workforce for the good of all. This too shall pass, but until then, you and I, let's save lives.

Which cities are covered under this initiative?

We are currently servicing parts of Bengaluru and looking to expand to the rest of India in the coming weeks.

What if the OC breaks?

Please bring it to our notice through the chat support and we will deliver you a replacement on priority after our background analysis of the situation.

Does Yulu charge any fees?

A nominal amount of Rs.5000 will be charged as security deposit upon delivery of the OC which is fully refundable once the OC is returned.

How do I get my OC delivered?

Go to the chat option. Answer a few basic questions and fill the google form shared by the chat support assistant along with your doctor’s prescription and details asked for. You will get the oxygen concentrator delivered to your doorstep after verification by our team and pay a nominal amount of Rs. 5000 as a fully refundable security deposit to the Yulu pilot upon delivery of the OC. Return the OC on your due date and get the security deposited back into your account. here.

Can I get more than one OC?

Only one OC will be delivered to your address against the deposit of Rs. 5000. The same amount has to be deposited for each OC being rented.

For how long can I rent the OC?

One OC will be rented for a period of 7 days or till your need is fulfilled, whichever is earlier. Option to extend the rent period for another 7 days is also available on the app/website.

How do I get the security refund?

Upon return of the OC to the Yulu pilot on completion of the rent period, the security deposit will be refunded back to the account from which it was transferred.

How do I cancel my request for OC?

You can cancel the request for an OC by easily through the Cancel Request option in the app / website from the PranVayu page.

What if I want to return the OC before my due date?

You can return the OC anytime before your due date by requesting for its Pick up through the app/ website and get your security deposit back.

How long does it take to get the security money back?

Your money will be refunded to your bank account within 5-7 business days upon return of the OC to our Yulu pilots.

How long does it take for the OC to be disbursed to people in need?

Once the verification of your details and documents including the doctor’s prescription has been completed from our end we will be delivering a sanitized OC to your doorstep at the earliest.

Do I need a prescription to use an oxygen concentrator?

Yes. A medical report duly stating the issue with oxygen levels is required to avail it.
