Launched on the IWD 2021, WINGS is a grassroots movement by Altimetrik aimed to create a truly inclusive and supportive environment for women to realize their full potential in the workplace. As the name stands for, WINGS aims at helping women to grow in their careers and balance with their personal lives by addressing various aspects.
